Conco Inc., a construction industry leader in the Wichita area, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position will provide administrative support and assist our accounting team with the administration of accounts payable.

Duties include: Preparing invoices for data entry, reviewing invoices, purchase orders, and contracts, and assisting with input of invoices and related data into the accounting system. This position also provides administrative support for related office staff; filing, faxing, data entry, and running errands.

Candidate must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in an accounts payable role, extremely detailed orientated, and organized. Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.  Strong computer proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Prior accounting experience with a construction/general contractor is a plus!
