While most of the baseball attention in Wichita has been focused on downtown we have quietly been working on a project for Westurban Little League in West Wichita. Our crews have been leading the charge on a project to install synthetic turf on two fields at the complex. We first removed the existing infields, then poured a concrete apron around the perimeter, assisted with installation of fabric and drainage and then filled the area with gravel. In the next several days our team will complete the project by assisting with the installation of the synthetic turf. This project has been a great opportunity for our team to help our community and support local organizations! Check out these progress photos and stay tuned for final pictures of the fields!
