Conco crews have made great progress on the new Tommy’s Express Car Wash these past 7 weeks! When we last updated, structural steel components were being set. Currently, Conco crews are completing all of the paving and have started work on the metal paneling for the building’s exterior. Our team is also installing the special Extrutech wall panels on the interior of the building in preparation for the carwash equipment installers. Once equipment is installed, it is all hands on deck to get equipment connections completed and the system powered by early July for the owner to begin operations. Uptown Landing II has had quite the transformation over the past few months! Our masonry crews are excited to continue making progress on the exterior and the site will really start coming to life this fall! #buildtolast
