Throughout the month of  August, we hosted several jobsite cookouts for our field crews, office personnel and project owners alike to show our appreciation and enjoy a shared meal together on-site.

Our most recent cookout was on-site at an aviation project here in Wichita. To show our appreciation, we fired up the grill and served up a delicious lunch for everyone who joined. Earlier in the month, we held a similar cookout for the crew at Central Community Church. Much like the aviation project, it was a fun way to bring our field and office staff together for a shared meal.

While we’re proud of what we’ve built, we’re even more grateful for who built it. These summer cookouts reminded us that behind every structure we build is a group of talented individuals whose work defines our legacy.
