There’s a lot happening behind the scenes at Central Community Church. Here’s a sneak peek of current construction progress:

Our efforts are currently focused on the east side of the building, which includes structural work to match the west side of the foyer and improvements to nearby parking areas. Inside, a temporary wall has been installed in the east grand foyer to keep interior spaces protected during construction. Portions of the east balcony mezzanine, the far-east stairway and sanctuary doors (pictured) are currently being worked on, which will provide for a meaningful and beautiful upgrade upon completion.

Doors facing Maple Street along the east grand foyer are temporarily closed, and a small portion of the sidewalk and nearby parking lot are blocked off. This phase is expected to carry into early April, with the hope of having things mostly wrapped up as we approach Easter. Additionally, interior finishes are underway on the front and west sides of the grand foyer. Once these final details are wrapped up, the space will be fully open for guests to enjoy.
