This week we’re taking a look at some of what goes on behind the scenes that helps facilitate our success on our jobsites – our yard equipment! In this video, our Fleet Dispatch Manager, Josh Neally, shares what some of his day to day is like helping to manage and coordinate operations for our material placement fleet and heavy trucks. This support from our yard operations team is a vital component of our projects’ success and we’re proud to have a best-in-class team of Conconians committed to making that happen every day!

Project Update – Fidelity Bank RISE: A Beacon of Progress

What a difference a year can make! The Fidelity Bank Car Park project has been a labor of love as it has come to life in the heart of downtown Wichita this past year. All structural concrete for the parking garage is now complete and the 5th floor roof top and car port steel will start next week! Project Update: Tommy’s Express Car Wash – Enid, OK

Our team has been busy these past few months working on the new Tommy’s Car Wash in Enid, Oklahoma and the structure is now complete! Crews are working on concrete paving for the vacuum bays and parking area and our masons are nearly complete with the black concrete block wainscot around the building. Our framers are working on interior sheathing in the main tunnel and our finish carpenters will be on site soon to install the millwork,cabinets and countertops. Stay tuned for completed project photos to come!

Project Update: Botanica Koch Carousel Gardens

Conco crews have been busy these past few weeks at the Botanica Carousel Gardens project pouring most of the grand lawn sidewalk, the promenade, the swinging meadow and the stage walls and footings at the Troll Hill play area. Turf will be laid soon along with several additional concrete pours before they proceed with the fireside patio to complete the project. Our team is working diligently to ensure everything is finished in time for this year’s Illuminations. We are so honored to be a part of creating such a special and unique gathering place for our community!

Project Update: Clemens Aviation

It was an early morning for Conco crews this past Thursday when they poured approximately 680 yards of concrete for the north and south hangar slabs at Clemens Aviation while the sun came up! Site utilities will start next week along with steel erection in the week to follow in preparation to construct the two 18,000 square foot hangars. Project Spotlight: Via Christi Cardiopulmonary

Conco crews recently completed a 7,500 square foot parking lot along with the remodel of a 6,000 square foot cardiopulmonary space at the Via Christi St. Francis campus! In their new rehab unit you’ll find a larger gym, an educational conference room, additional equipment and more parking available for their patients. Project Spotlight: Sleep Inn Park City

Visitors to the Park City and Wichita community now have a new place to stay! The Sleep Inn in Park City celebrated their grand opening earlier this week! Conco crews broke ground on the 71 unit, 3-story hotel last October and worked diligently to complete the project earlier this month. It was an honor to partner with a new group of owners and our friends over at SPT Architecture!
