With a decade of service at Conco, Aaron qualifies as a veteran team member. He earned his stripes in the field as a superintendent with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of construction projects and supervision of direct field crews. He knows firsthand what quality control, safety, scheduling, strong collaboration, and communication means to project success.

Aaron hired on with a degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University and several internships under his belt. He joined Conco to get hands-on experience and to learn how he can really make an impact with his work. He appreciates that no two days are ever the same on the path to exceeding client expectations.
