David Shores says his first priorities are anticipating client, team and trade partner needs and solving problems before they become critical issues later in the project. He brings a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from KU, MBA from Rockhurst University and nearly a decade of project management experience to Conco. As development manager for his previous employer he oversaw the entire design-build process for multiple projects as an owner’s representative. He says he values Conco’s experience and proven track record of success along with the resources it invests to make work more fulfilling. He also appreciates great team support. “Even the most experienced personnel learn something new every day and have a lot to teach if you’re willing to learn, ask questions and keep an open mind.
