Dylan serves as Craft Manager at Conco, working with superintendents early in the process to plan how a project will be staffed and executed before crews mobilize on-site. He began his career with Conco in 2019 as a superintendent and has become a trusted leader whose experience helps align teams and drive successful project execution. Today, Dylan supports field operations by overseeing manpower needs and ensuring every Conco project has the right team, tools and resources.
