Having worked for “vastly different” companies in his past, Jacob sees “many things that set Conco apart … dedication to fairly compensate workers, exceptional benefits, and a fun, fast-paced work environment.” He uses the word comradery to describe his experience at Conco and appreciates a culture in which everyone is willing to help a coworker when they need it.

With a degree in Criminology, Jacob joined Conco after working for a financial institution as a systems administrator. Prior to that he served as systems administrator for a large IT company, managing the IT services for several hundred entities of all shapes and sizes across many different industries. As IT manager, security is Jacob’s primary focus.
