A designer at heart and brand builder by trade, Joe brings nearly 30 years of marketing and creative leadership to Conco. He earned his BFA in Graphic Design from Wichita State University and spent 11 years as a creative director before moving into marketing leadership and brand management. Known for his energy, empathy, and execution, he approaches every brand from the customer’s point of view.

Joe’s mission is simple: build a brand as durable as the work of Conco’s craftsmen — earned, not just claimed. Outside of work, you’ll find him exploring the Flint Hills on his gravel bike.
