Jordan Wiens brings extensive experience in statewide not-for-profit executive and operations management to Conco. His diverse background includes recruitment, onboarding, training and retention of members, staff, volunteers and board members, and facility maintenance/management. He walked easily into a role that requires skilled planning and demands immediate responsiveness to client and business owner needs. He keeps a cool head in the middle of client fire drills or when the FPG team is presented with emergency needs from the construction side of the business.
