Originally from Texas, Julia is an HR Business Partner who works closely with leaders to support employee engagement, resolve workplace challenges, and develop talent. With a background in the construction industry, she brings firsthand insight into working alongside crews and building trust with employees at every level.

In her previous role, Julia helped transform workplace culture by rethinking the employee experience from day one. She redesigned the onboarding process and introduced targeted retention initiatives that helped reduce turnover from 87% to 12%, giving new hires a stronger start and employees more reasons to stay.

She’s passionate about helping supervisors build engaged, high-performing teams and believes great workplaces are built the same way great projects are: on a solid foundation with clear communication. Julia graduated from the University of Oklahoma with dual degrees in Human Relations and Sociology.
