Pushing on a decade in the construction industry, Miles Smith has considerable experience leading construction projects of varying scope across diverse industries and markets. At one career stop he was responsible for supporting existing customer accounts, so he appreciates that Conco is “people focused, truly prioritizing the success and wellbeing of the customers, employees and communities it serves.”

Smith has a BS degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University. Prior to joining Conco he served as a project manager for a peer construction company and as sales engineer for a building automation, facility management and HVAC contractor. He has strong expertise in the healthcare industry.
