Shawna says Conco is a driven organization that continually challenges her to grow both professionally and personally. With a diverse background that includes the retail side of the construction industry—selling paint, lumber and hardware at her hometown lumberyard—along with experience in the medical field, she brings a strong work ethic and broad operational perspective to her role. As Controller, Shawna provides strategic leadership over Conco’s accounting and financial operations. She oversees financial reporting, internal controls and contract cost accounting to ensure accurate and timely decision-making can be made across the organization.

True to Conconian values, Shawna is committed to service and community involvement. When she’s not at work, she can often be found on the softball field or enjoying live music at a festival.
