Assistant Project Manager
Conco is driven, says Eric Fischer. “Construction is a volatile business, and Conco has survived and flourished for so many years. Every employee here must have the drive and passion it takes to succeed in a highly competitive industry.
“I have been extremely fortunate to have had the opportunities I’ve had at Conco. I look at some of my college peers and the experience I have gained here. No comparison between us. I believe Conco is unique. We have the drive and desire to grow both as a company and contributor to our community.”
As a project manager who has recently transitioned from the field, Fischer works with a variety of clients. He plans, oversees and documents all aspects of a project, and works closely with each owner to make sure scope and direction are on schedule. He says he loves working with clients to guide them through a process that can holistically look overwhelming.
Fischer came to Conco from Pittsburg State University, where he graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology. “I work with an awesome group of people who will do everything in their power to help me succeed.”
