We have the ability to self perform. We maintain in-house crews for dirtwork, site excavation / stabilization / grading, general conditions, metal stud framing and drywall, concrete and masonry, steel erection and pre-engineered building erection, rough and finish carpentry and millwork. Under many scenarios, this allows us to price or evaluate a bid quickly, expertly control or accelerate schedules and flexibly respond to program or scope changes.

Ever wonder what a project manager does?

A project manager at Conco Construction performs a wide variety of tasks. During the pre-construction phase of a project a PM works with clients to develop scope of work, build a team and create budgets. As construction starts a PM solicits bids, manages subcontractors and suppliers, develops project schedules and manages the project’s overall progress. Every aspect of a Conco project manager’s work is focused on the relationship with the client, making the client experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

A project manager takes as much of the burden from the client as possible, reading between the lines to meet needs before the client even recognizes they have them.
