This new accelerated learning program gives eligible employees the opportunity to earn an 18-hour National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) Carpentry Level 1 certificate from WSU Tech while working for Conco. Students learn all aspects of basic carpentry through courses like technical mathematics, framing, construction materials and selection, job estimating, blueprint reading, foundations and roughing-in, finish carpentry techniques and applicable codes and standards. Conco provides tuition assistance to eligible employees who pursue this program.
